Meet Amy Peirce
Nurse Practitioner and Owner/Entrepreneur
A dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing exemplary patient care. Born and raised in Sioux City, Amy embarked on her nursing journey at Briar Cliff University, where she earned both her BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and MSN (Master of Science) in Nursing.
Amy has been a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2007 and expanded her role to become a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in 2021. Her extensive nursing experience spans various roles, including Labor & Delivery, Geriatrics, House Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Critical Care Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner.
In both her professional and personal life, Amy is supported by her husband, Damon, who shares her passion for nursing. Married since 2003, they are proud parents of four wonderful children.
Away from the healthcare environment, Amy finds joy in attending her children's athletic events, hosting large gatherings with her extended family, and immersing herself in the vibrant atmosphere of concerts. Amy Pierce brings not only a wealth of medical expertise but also a warm and compassionate approach to healthcare, embodying the essence of a well-rounded healthcare professional dedicated to the well-being of her patients.
Meet Damon Peirce
Development Manager & Nurse
A seasoned healthcare professional with a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Originally hailing from Alabama, Damon has been an integral part of the Siouxland community since 2000.
Damon's educational journey includes earning a BS in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University, as well as a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and MHA (Master of Healthcare Administration) from Briar Cliff University. With a Registered Nurse (RN) designation since 2003, Damon has accumulated diverse experience in various nursing roles, ranging from the fast-paced Emergency Department and Burn Unit to the intricacies of ICU and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). His leadership journey culminated in the role of Chief Nursing Officer.
Married to his beloved wife, Amy, since 2003, Damon is the proud father of four wonderful children, ages 18, 17, 14, and 12. Outside the healthcare realm, Damon is an avid supporter of his children's athletic endeavors, frequently attending their events. He also shares a passion for collegiate and professional sports, especially cheering on his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide. As a healthcare professional and devoted family man, Damon Pierce brings a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and a warm, community-focused spirit to the Siouxland healthcare landscape.
